Ingredients
- Coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage)
- Mini marshmallows
- 2 cans pineapple tidbits, drained
- Craisins
- Marie’s Cole Slaw Dressing
Method
- Toss the slaw with the marshmallows, pineapple and Craisins. No nuts.
- Dress with Marie’s Cole Slaw Dressing.

Ingredients
- 1 (14-ounce) bag coleslaw mix
- 1½ cups mini marshmallows
- 2 (8-ounce) cans pineapple tidbits, well drained
- ¾ cup Craisins
- ¾ cup Marie’s Coleslaw Dressing, or to taste
Method
- Toss the slaw mix, marshmallows, pineapple and Craisins in a large bowl.
- Add the dressing and toss to coat. Start with less and add more to taste.
- Chill at least 1 hour so the marshmallows soften. Stir before serving.

Homemade dressing
Whisk ½ cup mayo, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon cider vinegar and 2 tablespoons pineapple juice.
Apple
Add a diced crisp apple for crunch.
Mandarin
Swap one can of pineapple for mandarin oranges.
Party size
It doubles easily, and it’s a nice sweet side for pulled pork or fried chicken.
