Ingredients
- Pita bread, each cut into 8 pieces
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Method
- Heat the oven to 350° and line a cookie sheet with parchment.
- Combine the oil, sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Brush both sides of the pita pieces and spread them on the sheet.
- Bake 10–12 minutes, till golden.
