1/2 lb cranberries
(2 cups)

1 small orange
3/4 cup sugar
wash cranberries
cut orange in pieces
remove seeds - do not peel
chop cranberries & orange with
food chopper or food processor
add sugar & stir

let stand 30 mins before serving

Ingredients

  • ½ pound (2 cups) cranberries
  • 1 small orange
  • ¾ cup sugar

Method

  1. Wash the cranberries.
  2. Cut the orange in pieces and remove the seeds. Do not peel it.
  3. Chop the cranberries and orange with a food chopper or food processor.
  4. Add the sugar and stir.
  5. Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
